William Hickey

William Joseph Hickey Spartanburg William Joseph Hickey, 87, husband of Lorraine Cecilia Ferri Hickey of Summit Knolls Drive passed away Friday, November 9, 2018 at his home. Born April 13, 1931 in York PA, he was a son of the late William Joseph Hickey Sr. and Ruth Falvey Hickey. He was retired after 33 years as a Systems Engineer with IBM. William was a U.S. Navy Veteran where he enlisted in September 1949 and served for 4 years. He was a member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are children, Stephen, Patrick, Joel, Linda, Mark; step-children, Lynda, Jeff, Rick and spouses. 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren A Memorial Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 12:30 p.m. Friday, November 16, 2018 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church with Father David Whitman officiating. Burial will follow at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery. Family members are at their respective homes.
