Wanda Lynn Scruggs Chesnee, SC Wanda Lynn Scruggs, 60, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Magnolia Manor of Inman. Born April 2, 1957 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Harold Elder and Mary “Bid” Elder of Chesnee and was a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory are sons, Brian Scruggs of Chesnee, Keith Scruggs of Welford; sister, Peggy Biggerstaff of Chesnee; brothers, Larry Elder and Terry Elder both of Chesnee; grandchildren, Cayden, McKenna and Sydney Scruggs. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2017 in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Revs. Chris Gulledge and Allen Dean Blanton officiating. Burial will follow in Buck Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:45 p.m. Sunday prior to the service at the mortuary.
