Virginia Ann James, 78, wife of Charles H. “Charlie” James, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at her home.

Born January 11, 1946 in Chesnee, she was the daughter of the late Buford James Painter and Myrtle Louise Smith Painter. She was formerly employed with K-Mart and was a member of Arrowwood Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband, is her daughter, Traci Horst (Brent) of Louisville, KY. and a granddaughter, Willow Ann Marie Horst of Louisville, KY.

Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 29, 2024 at Arrowwood Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Chris Gray officiating.

Family members are at the home.
