Vickie Renee Robbins,64, Newlywed wife of Henry Robbins for 44 years, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, December 5, 2022 at Upstate Community Hospice Home in Landrum.
Born August 22, 1958 in Richland County, SC. she was a daughter of Marshall Yelton and Jean Bowen Yelton of Cowpens. Vickie was a very adventurous person who loved to travel and explore new places with her husband and family. She was a “Nana” to many, many people who she met along her journey in life and was a member of The Bridge Church of the Carolinas.
Surviving in addition to her husband and parents, is her son, Scott Robbins (Tammey) of Inman; daughter, Jeanna McIntosh (Ashley) of Columbia; brother, Danny Yelton; sister, Tina Bishop (Danny) of Mayo; grandchildren, Gavin Robbins, Thomas Ward, Dylan Ward, Robby Bishop, Sara Emory, Cody Bishop, Tyler Bishop, Tyson Bishop, Briana McKinzie; great-grandchildren, Jacob Ward, Ella Ray Ward, Hudson Ward, Easton Ward, Saylor Gray and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, December 8, 2022 at The Bridge Church of the Carolinas with Rev. Buddy Robbins, Rev. Rickey Bowen and Rev. Charles Kenya officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bridge Church of the Carolinas, P.O. Box 162 Chesnee, SC 29323.
The family is at the home, 1165 Springdale Road, Cowpens, SC 29330.
