Troy Lee Scruggs,

Troy Lee Scruggs, Jr. 48 years, passed away the evening of Saturday, January 16, 2021, while visiting his cousin in Spartanburg County. Troy was born on November 20, 1972, in Spartanburg, to the late Troy Lee Scruggs, Sr., and Emma Jean Eller Scruggs. He attended local schools in the area. His life was full of serious medical issues. However, he continued to press on and live his life. He is survived by two son's; Charles Lee "Charlie" and Sebastian Scruggs, Aunt; Bonnie Langford-Powell (Sammy) of Forest City, NC, Teresa Melton (Mark) of Spartanburg, special cousin Renia Hill (Ronnie) of Inman and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
