Trent Stephens Vaughn

Trent S. Vaughn Chesnee, SC. Trent Stephens Vaughn, 23, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018. Born September 1, 1995 in Spartanburg, he was the son of Steve Vaughn and Lorraine Hines Vaughn. Trent was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School where he was a member of the baseball team, J.V. through Varsity and attended Spartanburg Community College. He was an avid Sports Fan, loved to fish and enjoyed all types of music, old or new and was a member of New Springs Church. Trent also had a tremendous love for his family and friends. Surviving in addition to his parents, are his grandparents, Jimmy Hines and step-grandmother Margaret Hines both of Chesnee; Brenda Stacey and step-grandfather, Kenneth Stacey both of Chesnee; aunts and uncles, Lisa Hines of Chesnee, Amanda Robbins of Inman, Chris and Jennifer Hines of Boiling Springs and Teresa Smith of Marion, NC. He was predeceased by grandparents, Lee and Margaret Vaughn. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 29, 2018 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Mountain View Baptist Church on Parris Bridge Rd. with Reverend Tyler Kirby and Reverend Bryan Yelton officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Home, PO Box 39 Greenwood, SC 29648. The family is at the home.
