Thomas Keith Massey

Thomas Keith Massey, 70, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2019, at Spartanburg Medical Center after an illness. He was born on November 24, 1948, to his parents, Lloyd E. and Alice Josephine Whittle Massey, in Spartanburg. He was a lifelong resident of Spartanburg County and had resided in Chesnee. Mr. Massey was a master electrician by trade for 40 years, last employed with Flour Daniels. He was a long time member of Ben Avon United Methodist Church. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law; Tammy Massey Sain (Johnny) of Campobello, sisters and brothers-in-law; Fran and Larry Hyder of Chesnee, and Christine and Andy McGaughee of Inman. A Celebration of Life honoring Mr. Massey, will be held Friday, October 25, 2019, 6:00 p.m., at Ben Avon United Methodist Church, 2360 Avondale Drive, Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29302, 864-582-2032, with Reverend Jones Brewer officiating.
