Theresa Hughes Jordan

Theresa H. Jordan Gaffney, SC. Theresa Hughes Jordan, 58, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born June 22, 1959 in Rockford, IL., she was a daughter of the late Loy Via and Margie Hopper Via Elston. She was employed with Mermet in Cowpens and of the Baptist Faith. Theresa loved spending time with her friends. Theresa also had a special love for cats. Surviving are her sister, Tammy Via Pritchard and Laurie Fraim of Gaffney; nieces, Amber Toney (Phillip), Staci Gossett (Cody); great-nieces, Katie Parton, Payton Hill, Jaiden Toney, Olivia Gossett; special friend, Dwayne Pintoff and many many close friends. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Timothy Via and grandparents, Detroy “Hop” Hopper and Edna Kimbrell Hopper. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Springhill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Darrell Revels officiating.
