Born November 12, 1958 in Charlotte, NC., she was a daughter of the late Joseph Ray Owensby and Hattie Louvinia Stedman Owensby. She was a self-employed Cosmetologist and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are a son, Dylan Jolley and wife Blaine of Spartanburg; daughter, Daron Fowler and husband Kevin of Inman and two grandchildren. No services will be held at this time.
