Scott White Columbus, NC James Scott White, 63, loving husband of 36 years to Rheunette J. White of Chesnee Road passed away Monday, January 7, 2019 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born May 4, 1955 in Cherokee County SC., he was a son of Daisy Inez White of Gaffney and the late James E “Ham” White. He was a former employee of LCF Water District and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. He loved his family and friends very much. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother is his precious son, Justin Scott White and wife Crystal of Columbus; brother, Joseph White (Jovi) of Gaffney and a grandson Jett White. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a brother, Jason Timothy White. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday January 11, 2019 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday January 12, 2019 at Sandy Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
