Saundra Jo Smith, 73, widow of Reggie Smith, passed away Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Upstate Community Hospice Home.

Born December 1, 1947 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Leroy Hutchins and Lollie Cannon Hutchins. She was a member of David Memorial Baptist Church and attended Orchard Street Baptist Church.

Surviving is her son, Timothy Ray Smith and wife Michelle of Chesnee; daughter, Tina Collins and husband Terrell of Chesnee; brother, Bobby Hutchins and wife Loretta of Chesnee; grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Austin Smith, Macon Watford and Peyton Collins.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Marilyn and Samuel Bridges.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Orchard Street Baptist Church. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Orchard Street Baptist Church with Rev. Roland Dry officiating.
