Samuel Shields Jr. Chesnee, SC Samuel Shields Jr. 48, of Narrow Bridge Road passed away, Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born July 9, 1969 in Spartanburg he was a son of Samuel Shields Sr. of Chesnee and Peggy Ann White Fortner of Spartanburg. Surviving in addition to his parents are his daughter, Bailey Louise Shields of Mayo; son, Samuel Shields III of Mayo; brother, Scott Shields of Spartanburg and two grandchildren, Rylan Shields and Jocelyn Brooks. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, February 19, 2018 at Orchard Street Baptist Church with Rev. Roland Dry officiating. Family members are at their respective homes.
