Ruth Reynolds, 93, of 520 Battleground Road, Chesnee, formerly of Cowpens, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center, Mary Black Campus.
A native of Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late Robert Cicero and Tolar Parris Reynolds. She was also predeceased by four brothers and four sisters. She was retired from Plastic Injectors, was a member of Clifton First Baptist Church and was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving is her daughter, Rita Easler (Kenny) of Chesnee; three grandchildren, Kendall Easler (Christa) of Gaffney, Hillary Messer (Jason) of Chesnee, and Chase Easler (Katie) of White Stone; and five great grandchildren whom she adored, Ashton, Jakob, Emersyn, Lincoln, and Lucas Easler.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to her caretakers, Janie Thompson, Sherry Shockey, Lillian Wilson, and Georgia Hammett; and her nurse, Stacy Wallace.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2022 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Phillip Gallman, her great nephew officiating. Burial will follow in Love Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will be at their respective homes.
