Rick Stanford Mayo, SC. Ricky Earl Stanford, 59, loving husband of Ashley Snow Stanford passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born November 13, 1959 in Spartanburg, he was a son of the late Ben Stanford and Coleen Turner Stanford. Rick was a Service Tech for Fowler Brothers Towing Company and a member of Redemption Church. Rick was very much a family man who always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger. Surviving in addition to his wife are his daughters, Halie Hughey of Mayo, Adair Gragg and husband Drew of Mayo; sisters, Jean Rutledge and husband Jim of Boiling Springs, Diane Parris and husband Jimmy of Cowpens; brother, Doug Stanford and wife Patty and many loved nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Mayo. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church with Pastor Jim Rutledge officiating.
