Regina Carlene Walker, 50, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born October 27, 1971 in Marianna, Florida she was a daughter of Samuel E. Mathis, Sr. of Altha, Florida and the late Verna Lou Williams Mathis and of the Pentecostal faith.

Surviving in addition to her father is her fiancé, Chad Foster of Spartanburg; sons, James Walker of Spanish Fort, Alabama, Philip Burns (Crystal) of Cowpens; daughters, Breanna Leigh Foster of Spartanburg, Brittany Joann Foster of TN.; brother, Eddy Mathis of Spartanburg; sister, Anita Landers of Blountstown, Florida; nieces, Brittany Smith, Lauren Mathis, Samantha Soileau, Mariah Landers; nephews, Sammy Landers, Chandler Mathis, Patton Mathis; two grandchildren; one great-nephew and one great-niece.

In addition to her mother, she was predeceased by a sister Aretta Webb.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the mortuary chapel with Reverend Timothy Nail and Reverend Cathie Hightshoe.
