Johnny Ray Vickers, 78, husband of Sandra Wilson Vickers went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, May 30, 2021 at his home.

Born November 20, 1942 in Cowpens, he was the son of the late Everett S. Vickers and Nellie Bailey Vickers. He was retired from Exopack and a charter member of Crestview Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter, Carrie Vickers Gilbert and granddaughters, Carlee Gilbert and Maci Gilbert.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Crestview Baptist Church. A celebration of life service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the church with Rev. Rick Taylor and Dr. Jerry White officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crestview Baptist Church, 153 Daniel Morgan School Road, Gaffney, SC 29341.
