Phillip Steven Bogart, 79 years, of West Union, South Carolina, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021, in Prisma Healthcare Baptist Easley Hospital. He was born on January 26, 1942, in Lima, Ohio, to the late Daniel Miller and Ruth Taylor Bogart. In his working years, he was involved in maintenance with Ford Motor Company.
