Peggy Henson Wilson, 78, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 14, 2023 at her home.

Born February 20, 1944 in Spartanburg, SC., she was the daughter of the late Nirome Henson and Marie Henderson Henson and a member of Westside Baptist Church in Spartanburg.

Surviving is her daughter, Lisa Jolley and husband Joe of Chesnee; son, Tim Griffin and wife Deborah of Cleveland, GA; grandchildren, Chris Jolley and wife Jessica, Billy Moyers and wife Mandy; great-grandchildren, Wendel Hudson, David Axton Jolley, Hannah Grace Moyers, Hunter and Trapper Moyers.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, James T. Henson.

The family would like to express a special thank you to Spartanburg Regional Hospice for all their love and care to Mrs. Wilson.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Travis Blackwell and Rev. John Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 686 Jeff Davis Drive Spartanburg, SC 29303.
