Patsy Ann Blackwell-Hyder, 60, wife of Greg Hyder, of 169 Fairview Road, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at her home.

 

Born May 2, 1963 in Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late Timothy Blackwell and Patricia Evans Robbins. She was a graduate of Boiling Springs High School in Boiling Springs, SC and worked as a weaver with Hamrick Mills.

 

Surviving in addition to her husband is her brother, Phillip Robbins; step-brothers, Henry Robbins, Patrick Robbins; nephew, Hunter Robbins and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

 

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until 12:45 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2024 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Richard Hobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs, SC.
