Melvin Defoy Robbins, 65, husband of Tanna Moss Robbins, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Rosecrest Community Residential Care.

Born November 28, 1959 in Spartanburg County, he was a son of the late Alton D. Robbins and Mary LouAnn Davis Robbins. He was a Tradesman working in HVAC, Welding and Construction and was a member of The Bridge Church of The Carolinas.

Surviving in addition to his wife, Tanna Robbins, is his son; Adam Robbins (Ashlyn); daughter, Tiana Robbins; sisters, Kathy Worthy (Steve), Suzie Robbins; brothers, Jeff Robbins, Rev. Buddy Robbins (Debbie); grandchildren, Tennyson Howard and Tatum Montes.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother Alton Benny Robbins.

The family will receive friends from 4:30 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2024 at The Bridge Church of The Carolinas. A Celebration of Life will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the church with Reverend Buddy Robbins officiating.
