Mavis Blackman Quinn, 87, widow of William C. Quinn passed away Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center.
Born March 25, 1934 in Lenoir County, NC., she was the daughter of the late Harvey Mitton Blackman and Katie Ennis Wherle. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her daughters, Vickie Miante Flood (Ollie III) of Cottageville, SC, Pamela M. Elder (Jackie) of Cowpens, Theresa Miante of Summerville; sons, Richard Daniel Miante (Wanda) of Summerville, Michael Woodward (Linda) of Greer; grandchildren, Jason, Frankie, Maria, Thomas, Matthew, Jonathan, Victoria, Cory, Kayla, Jonathan, April, Chris and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2021 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Graveside services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Westwood Memorial Gardens in Moore with Rev. Larry Fleming officating.
