Matthew Wayne “Matt” Green, 43, husband of Peggie Rowe Green, passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born March 5, 1981 in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Larry Wayne Green and Donna Elm Green.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his children, Cameron Green, Holden Green, Vanessa Green all of Spartanburg; sister, Tara Keys of Spartanburg; sisters and brothers-in-law, Cynitha Stepp (Donald), Wayne Rowe (Emily), John Rowe; nieces, Brittany Spisak (Michael), Kaylin Brown (Nick); nephew, Alex Rowe; great-niece and nephews, Laila Spisak, Chandler Brown, Braedyn Brown, Jace Brown; in-laws, Billy and Joann Rowe.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 19, 2024 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary.

Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m. Friday, December 20, 2024 in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. John Cox officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

Family members are at their respective homes.
