Maria Guadalupe Villegas-Silva

Maria Guadalupe Villegas-Silva, 58 years old, wife of Hector Hernandez-Bautista, passed away the evening of Monday, June 17, 2024, at Spartanburg Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born on August 20, 1965, in Paracho, Michoacan, Mexico, to the late Gaspar Villegas Pascual and Maria Luisa Silva Pahua. She immigrated to the United States in 1997 and called Boiling Springs home. She was a food server employed by several restaurants.
Survivors include her husband, Hector of Boiling Springs, sons, Hector Hernandez-Villegas and Alan Hernanadez-Villegas both of Boiling Springs, daughters, Diana Hernandez-Villegas of Boiling Springs, Marguerita Hernandez-Villegas of Mexico, Dennise Hernandez-Villegas of Georgia, 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, 2:00 pm - 2:45 pm in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm in the mortuary chapel. Following local services, Mrs. Villegas-Silva will be flown home to her native Mexico where she will be laid to rest at Ahurian Cemetery in Paracho, Michoacan.
