Lucille Gore

Lucille Gore Mayo, SC Emma Lucille Gore, 76, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Wesley Court Assisted Living in Boiling Springs. Born June 22, 1941 in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Claude McCraw and Beda Parris McCraw. She was a member of Piedmont Baptist Church and a homemaker. Those left to cherish her memory is her son, Mark Allen Gore of Spartanburg and sister, Beatrice Spake of Chesnee., along with several nieces and nephews In addition to her parents she was predeceased by brothers, James and Willard McCraw and a sister Lois Tyler. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Randy McCraw officiating. A private burial will be held at Piedmont Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the mortuary. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Rd, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family is at the home of Beatrice Spake, 235 Cherry Road. Chesnee, SC.
