When our precious Lucas opened his little eyes for the first time, he saw Jesus.

Lucas Fisher Poole, infant son of Laura Thrift Poole and Nicholas Poole went home to be in the arms of Jesus, Monday, August 2, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his grandparents, Doug and Janice Whittle, Randy and Frances Poole; great-grandparents, Lois Jean Thrift, Roy Poole; aunts and uncles, April and Kevin Bryant, Shannon and Kevin Smith, Hunter and Cacie Poole, Tosha and Adam Gardner; great-uncles, Bobby Oglesby, Gene Quinn; cousins, Kellen Bryant, Kayden Bryant, Wesley Poole, Wylie Poole, Bella Norwood, Adilyn Gardner, A.J. Gardner, Neveaha Gardner and Callie Smith.

Lucas was predeceased by a grandfather, Randy Thrift; great-grandparents, Jess and Edith Oglesby, Defoy Thrift, Lizzie Poole, Thelma and Roy Jennings and a cousin Camden Bryant.

Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 6, 2021 at Springhill Memorial Gardens with Rev. Clint Phillips officiating.
