Kevin Edward Harris, 38, of Chesnee, SC, son of Gerrie Gann Warner and her husband Robert Warner, and John Joseph Harris and his wife Adrienne Wall Harris, and younger brother of John Joseph Harris III, passed away on August 10, 2021 in Spartanburg, SC.

Born in Staten Island, NY, Kevin moved with his family to South Carolina in 1989. From childhood until his passing, he was the light in the room, the life of the party, and the comic relief to all who knew him. Kevin was a big sports fan, who loved the Buffalo Bills, and UFC. Music of all kinds was his passion and he produced several rap songs of his own.
Kevin loved all his family and was a loyal friend, but his lifelong confidant, idol, and protector was his big brother Johnny, and his most cherished person was his brother’s daughter, niece Jonnie Monroe. “Kevin Edward,” “Kali Kal,” and “Master of Karate and Friendship at QVC” were a few of his names, but his favorite and most important title will always be “Uncle.”

Kevin is survived by his parents, his grandmother Catherine Gann of Chesnee, and grandfather Jack Somers of Chesnee, and grandfather John Harris of Spartanburg, Stepbrothers; Kirk, Jake and Lexington Dath, stepsisters; Alexis and Abagayle Dixon all of Utah, his niece Jonnie Monroe Harris of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, his fiancée Erin Crozier of Chesnee, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. And his beloved fur babies Day-Z and Klarunz.

Kevin will be met in Heaven by his brother John Joseph Harris III, his grandmother Marcia Somers, his grandfather George Gann, and other important people in his life, who will greet him with open arms, and keep him in love and comfort until the rest of us join them.
Local friends and family are welcome to gather for lunch and memories Saturday, August 14 from 1-4pm at the family home 159 Marlin Drive, Spartanburg.

A Celebration of Life is planned for Sunday, September 19, 2021.
