John Wesley Carr

John W. Carr Mooresboro, NC. John Wesley Carr, 59, husband of Patricia Buff Carr passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Mission Hospital-St. Joseph Campus in Asheville NC. Born November 8, 1961 in Michigan, he was a son of Donald Bruce Carr of Bryan, OH., and the late Evalee Milliman Carr. He was a former construction worker and of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to his wife and father, are sons, Donald H. Carr and Rusty Carr both of Mooresboro, NC.; sisters, Linda Carr and Midge Carr both of LA.; brothers, Jim Carr, Danny Carr, Jeff Carr all of Bryan, OH., Steve Carr of AK., and a grandson, Justice Bevis. In addition to his mother, he was predeceased by a sister, Debbie Carr and brothers, Ron Carr and Tim Carr. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Burial will follow in Hicks Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic it is requested that masks and social distancing be practiced during the visitation and funeral service. The family is at the home.
