James “Jimmy” Eugene Pruitt, 90, loving husband Lottie Harris Pruitt went home to be with the Lord Friday, February 21, 2025, at his home.
Born December 13, 1934, in Fingerville, he was a son of the late Arthur Pruitt and Nellie Bullman Pruitt. He was retired from SCDOT and a member of Alverson Grove Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a brother, Ronnie Pruitt.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Alverson Grove Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. in the church with Rev. Cody Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alverson Grove Baptist Church Building Fund, 3695 Peachtree Road, Inman, SC 29349.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Agape Hospice for all their love and care for Mr. Pruitt.
