Jerry Gleen Cantrell

Jerry Gleen Cantrell, 78 years old, passed away the morning of Sunday, February 2, 2025, in his Chesnee home after a long illness. He was born on July 20, 1946, in Spartanburg County to the late James Thomas Cantrell and Viola Randolph Cantrell. He was a construction laborer the majority of his working years and was a good Christian man.

Survivors include his son, Brent Cantrell of Lake Toxaway, North Carolina, brothers, Charles Cantrell (Kathryn) of Mayo, Danny Cantrell of Spartanburg, Dupre Cantrell (Audrey) of Inman, sisters. Carolyn Jackson (Danny) of Cowpens, Gail Jackson of Boiling Springs and two grandchildren.

The family will receive friends this Thursday, February 6, 2025, 12:00 - 1250 pm in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm in the chapel with Revered Jerry White officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
