Jerald Shay Wilson

Jerald S. Wilson Cowpens, SC. Jerald Shay Wilson, 76, husband of Merenda Jo Turner Wilson passed away Monday, January 28, 2019 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born December 20, 1942 in Duncan, he was a son of the late Davie Elmo Wilson and Nellie Mae Wilson. He was a self-employed Mechanic and Painter and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Andrea Wilson of Wellford; son, Mark Wilson of Cowpens; step-sons, Richard Holder and Michael Holder (Marji) all of New Mexico; brother, Steve Wilson (Hazel) of Greer and one grandson, Matthew. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 1, 2019 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Joey Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Piedmont Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home.
