James Henry Wesbrook Sr., 80, loving husband of Dorothy Lou Marcus Westbrook, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at his home.

Born September 2, 1944 in Spartanburg, he was a son of the late Frank Westbrook and Alda Honeycutt Westbrook. He was a retired Sargeant First Class in the United States Army, a self-employed Contractor and a member of Peach Valley Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his daughter, Krystal W. Poole (Howie) of Spartanburg; sons, James H. Westbrook Jr. (Sabrina) of Spartanburg, Frank R. Westbrook (Angie) of Spartanburg; sister, Shirley Gowan of Spartanburg; grandchildren, Ryan Westbrook (Liz), Nick Westbrook (Brittney), Taylor Epps (Spencer), Gracee Westbrook, Alli Westbrook, Brady Poole, Coyie Poole, Caden Westbrook, Kynslee Poole and 8 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 10, 2025 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at Peach Valley Baptist Church with Rev. Tommy Ross and Rev. Ron Gaddy officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens.

Family members are at the home.
