James Silvester Stafford, 71, husband of Sheila Kay Williamson passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at his home.

Born November 9, 1949 in Union County, he was a son of the late William Stafford and Lillie Mae Stafford and was a retired Auto Mechanic.

Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Danny Stafford of Ohio, Eugene Stafford of Florence; daughter, Barbara Fortner of Spartanburg; 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sons, William Stafford, Robert Jimmy Stafford, sisters, Mary Davis, Harriette Whitt, Agnus Stafford, Margaret Stafford and brothers, Horace Stafford, Forest Stafford, Floyd Stafford and Lee Stafford.

A drop in celebration of life will be Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the residence, 150 Kittie Road Chesnee, SC 29323.
