James E. Gossett Jr. Mayo, SC. James Earl Gossett Jr., 63, husband of Barbara Stover Gossett passed away Saturday August, 31, 2019 at his home. Born March 7, 1956 in Spartanburg County, he was a son of the late James Earl Gossett Sr. and Doris Gossett. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Jammie Gossett and wife Christina, Dustin Gossett and wife Lindsey, Ben King and wife Lori; sisters, Rhonda Moody, Rita Tallent; brother, Joe Danny Gossett; grandchildren, Justin Gossett, Leland Gossett, Breanna Vick, Allie Hyder, Addison King and Emma Grace King. A Celebration of Life Service will be from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Love Springs Baptist Church. The family is at the home. Harris-Nadeau Mortuary Chesnee, SC.
