Irma Bonner Henderson

Irma Bonner Henderson Mayo, SC Irma Bonner Henderson, 94, widow of Frank Henderson Sr. went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, March 26, 2017 at White Oak Manor. Born December 13, 1922 in Spartanburg, SC., she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Bryant Bonner and Fannie Middleton Bonner. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mayo and a retired textiles worker. Those left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Susan Greenway of Mayo; son, Clayton Henderson of Mayo; sister, Wanna Reynolds of Mayo; brother, Rufus Bonner of Mayo; grandchildren, Lacy Hines (T.J.), Brandon Greenway and great-grandchildren, Christian Henderson, Reid, JB, and Elliott Hines. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a daughter, Martha Henderson Wilson and a grandson, Gary Clayton Henderson. Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Thursday, March 30, 2017 in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Larry Fleming officiating. Burial will follow in Graham Chapel Wesleyan Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 prior to the service at the mortuary Flowers are optional or memorials may be made First Baptist Church of Mayo Mission Fund or to the charity of one’s choice.
