Germaine J. Tolleson, 84, wife of Melvin Tolleson went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Regional Hospice Home.

Born January 14, 1939 in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Daniel Aden Horton Sr. and Luna Mae Robbins Ratledge and was a member of Cherokee Springs Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 65 years is her son, Phil Tolleson and wife Elaine Tolleson, granddaughters, Nikki Guy, Sheena Willis; great-grandsons, Brayden Willis, Bentley Willis and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother Jerome Horton and sister Sue Seay.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, July 28, 2023 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2023 in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Reverend Belton Drake and Reverend Michael Boyter officiating.
