Gary Clayton Henderson Mayo, SC Gary Clayton Henderson, 45 of 265 Center Street, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, September 29, 2016 at his home. Born August 8, 1971 in Spartanburg, he was the son of Clayton Earle Henderson and Samentha Rachel Rodden Henderson of Mayo. He was of the Baptist faith. Surviving in addition to his parents are his daughter, Christian Henderson (Reno) of Lake Bowen, brother, Alan Curtis of Mayo, fiancée, Samantha Riddle of Cowpens, grandmother Irma Henderson of Mayo and aunt Susan Greenway of Mayo. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2016 in the Chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Revs. Allen Dean Blanton and Daryl Tolleson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the mortuary. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mayo First Baptist Church Mission Fund, P.O. Box 37 Mayo, SC 29368.
