On Saturday, November 4th, 2023, Eric Eugene Lazurick passed away at his home in Cowpens, SC. He was born on July 31st, 1981 in Spartanburg, SC to his mother Linda Lazurick (Step Father Steve McKnight) and father Horace Lazurick.

Eric was preceded in death by his grandmother Louise Splawn, grandfather John Splawn and uncle Albert Splawn as well as his grandson Alexander Lawson. He is survived by four beautiful daughters; Brianna Lazurick, Nevaeh Lazurick, Penelope Rose and Kylie Lazurick; three brothers; Michael Levi Beck, Michael Beck and Richard Beck; one sister Sheila Knox; one granddaughter Salem Medlin; three nieces Jamie Knox, Paris Beck, Tiffany Beck; two nephews Travis Whitt and Christopher Beck; One great nephew Jason Beck as well as other various great nieces. He is also survived by his uncle Bill Splawn.

Eric attended Gaffney High School and went on to work as a welder-fabricator at Denero's. He was a Baptist in faith at Peace Free Will Baptist Church. His hobbies included motorcycles and computer programming.

Eric was known for his great passion for his children and always dropping everything to help someone who needed it. He had an infectious sense of humor that could make anyone laugh or crack a smile even when times were tough. His intelligence was unmatched when it came to problem solving or finding solutions to any issue presented to him.

The funeral will be held on Saturday November 11th at 3 pm at Peace Free Will Baptist Church on Old Converse Road in Spartanburg, SC.

We will miss Eric greatly but know that he will forever remain in our hearts through the memories he has left behind.
