Patricia Elaine Blanton, 68, loving wife of Timothy Blanton went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, December 23, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born August 30, 1953 in Spartanburg County, she was a daughter of the late Cleatus Scruggs and Lula Littlejohn Scruggs and was a member of Chesnee First Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Josh Hughes and wife Lara of Mason, Ohio, Cori Hughes and husband John Lee of Chesnee, Steven Blanton and wife Stephanie of Chesnee; her siblings, Gwen Sprinkle, Kenneth Scruggs, Sandra Camp all of Chesnee; grandchildren, Ezra Hughes, Max Hughes, Kain Hughes and wife Jessica, Luke Hughes, Ayden Lee, Conlan Hughes-Lee, Eli Hughes-Lee, Ansley Blanton, Graham Blanton, Cora Blanton and great-grandchildren, Soleil and Marley Hughes.

Graveside services will be 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2021 at Springhill Memorial Gardens with Dr. Gary J. Grogan officiating.
