Edith E. Brock Inman, SC. Edith Elaine Brock, 77, widow of Homer L. Brock of Hickory Nut Drive passed away, Monday, March 12, 2018 at her home. Born July 9, 1940 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of the late Howard Elmore Sherbert and Bertha Cook Sherbert. She was a retired Administrative Assistant for Siemens Industrial Manufacturing and was a member of Davis Memorial Baptist Church. Surviving is her son, Timothy Shell and wife Veverly, of Inman; fiancé, James B. Scruggs of Chesnee; sisters, Dorothy Geddes of Inman and Carolyn Stenger of Peach Tree City, GA. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Sunset Memorial Park with Reverend Gerald Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. Thursday, prior to the graveside service at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. The family is at the home.
