Doris Marie Hammett Inman, SC Doris Marie Hammett, 56, wife of Randolph Dwayne Hammett of 6 Church Street, died Sunday, February 26, 2017 at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Born November 30, 1960 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter the late Horace Smith and Rosa Lee Lowery Smith. Surviving in addition to her husband are sons, David Gilbert and wife Hope of Moore, Tommy Gilbert and wife Nelli of Duncan; daughter, Susan Morgan and husband Josh of Enoree; step-children, Christopher Hammett, David Hammett, Brandy Hammett; brothers, Joe Smith of Chesnee, Harry Smith of Columbia; sisters, Alice Scruggs and Nancy Bolin of Chesnee, Pauline Smith of Spartanburg and 8 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Rev. Bryan Yelton officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the mortuary. Family members are at their respective homes. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to P.O.
