Doris Lenore Cossano

Doris Lenore Cossano, 90, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at Blue Ridge in Brookview House in Gaffney, South Carolina, after a long illness. She was born in Nyack, New York, on March 18, 1932, to the late Allen and Alice Brink Diehl. She previously resided in New Paltz, New York, where she was employed by Mohonk Mountain House as a Reservation Specialist. She was also a member of Liberty United Methodist Church.

She is predeceased by her husband, Hermis Joseph Cossano.

Survivors include her sons, David Hermis Cossano (Cathy) of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Ward Allen Cossano (Phyllis) of Gaffney, South Carolina, Wayne Joseph Cossano of Lyman, South Carolina, daughters, Dawn Rooney (Kevin) of South Dakota, Laura Williams-Marchese (Ted) of Saugerties, New York, brother, Allen Diehl of San Jose, California, several nieces and nephews and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

The family will be having private services at a later date.
