Donald Eugene Green, Sr., husband of Ann Simpson Green, passed away the afternoon of Friday, September 15, 2023, in Spartanburg Medical Center, after a brief illness. He was born on July 2, 1946, in Spartanburg to the late Furman and Emily Webb Green. He was employed with Beaumont Mills for 40 years, then onto T & S Mills for 3 years and finally Wofford College for 19 years. He was a member of Davis Memorial Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Ann S. Green of Spartanburg, son, Ronnie Green (Vicky) of Boiling Springs, daughter, Karen Green Davis (Matthew) of Boiling Springs, brother, Howard Green (Judy) of Pacolet and 4 grandchildren, Dakota Rose Green and Colten Green of Boiling Springs and Cooper Davis and Karsyn Davis of Boiling Springs.

Receiving of friends will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, 1:00 - 1:50 pm, in the chapel of Harris Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral Services will follow in the chapel at 2:00 pm, with the Reverend's Garrel Thomas and Michael Bradley officiating. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Memorial Park in Boiling Springs.
