Denny C. Williams Chesnee, SC Denny C. Williams, 65, loving husband of Gail Rowe Williams of 207 Williams Road went home to be with the Lord Friday, March 10, 2017 at Hospice of the Carolina Foothills. Born November 18, 1951 in Chesnee, he was a son of Lavinia Williams of Spartanburg and the late Carl Williams. He was the owner of Williams Brothers Construction where he enjoyed building homes. Mr. Williams was a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church where he was a Deacon and taught many different Sunday School Classes. In addition to his wife and mother, those left to cherish his memory are a daughter, Marcia Phillips of Spartanburg; son, Mathew Williams and wife April of Mayo; sisters, Barbara Mintz of Chesnee, Joan Greene of Inman, Lynne Coyle of Gaffney; brother, Randy Williams of Chesnee and grandchildren, Schylur Phillips, Bryson Phillips, Destiny Benton and Leighana Williams. The Williams family will greet friends and family from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 13, 2017 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Buck Creek Baptist Church with Revs. Scott Scrimpsher and Chris Gulledge officiating. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
