Debbie Byars Gaffney, SC. Debra “Debbie” Byars, 55, loving wife of Bobby “Goat” Byars of Goucher School Road went home to be with the Lord Thursday January 24, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. Born December 13, 1963 in Spartanburg, she was a daughter of the late Clarence Bright and Linda Gail Lawter Ayers. She was a member of Goucher Baptist Church and a full time House Wife. Surviving in addition to her husband are sons, Thomas Byars and wife Tina, Brandon Byars and wife Kayla all of Gaffney; grandchildren, Maggie Grace Byars, Mollie Rayne Byars, Maysen Brooks Byars, Myra Gail Byars and her loving dog Gizmo. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2019 at Goucher Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church with Rev. Matt Love, Rev. Clifford Phillips and Rev. Eddie Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
