David Manuel Coleman

David Manuel Coleman, 76 years, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021, in the early morning hours at Mountainview Nursing home after a long illness. David was born on June 18, 1944, at Mitchell Field , New York, to the late Robert William and Maria Cabral Coleman. David was a respected and valued employee at the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center on Andros Island in the Bahamas. He will be missed by the many lives he touched during his 40 years there. Dave was something of a Renaissance Man who was loved for his compassion to listen, whit, and humor and his ability to discuss anything on just about any subject. He is survived by long time and faithful friends; Desiree Schmidt and Robert Frost of Spartanburg; Dave and Dottie Crotty of Silver Springs, Florida; Dede and Norman Cox of Florida and Dicke L. Watters and family of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, and his Mountainview Family. Dave will be laid to rest with full Military Honors in the M.J. Dolly Veterans Cemetery in Anderson, SC on...
