Dr. Charles Edward Crittenden Fultz, II, DDS, passed away in his Chesnee home on December 10, 2020, surrounded by his loving wife Sandra Lynn and children. Charles passed away after a long battle with Dementia.
He was born on October 24, 1956, in Tampa, Florida, to the late Charles Edward Crittenden Fultz and his surviving mother, Miriam Carol Hammond Fultz of Lexington, SC. In his professional career, Dr. Fultz was a dentist for more than 32 years. He also was a proud United States Air Force veteran with the rank of Captain and was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg.
Survivors include his loving wife of 38 years, Sandra Lynn of Chesnee, sons and daughters-in-law, Charles Edward Crittenden, III and Kaitlin of Boiling Springs; William Edmund Gareth and Laura of Greenville; Andrew Elliott Franklin and Kristen of El Paso, TX; his mother, Miriam Carol Fultz of Lexington, SC; brother, Gregory Wesley Fultz of Lexington, SC, grandchildren, Charles IV., Emma, Kaleigh, Ethan, Steven, Carrie, Melissa, Isaac, Anneliese, Clara and 1 on the way.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will follow at 6:00 p.m. at the church with Reverend Andrew Dionne officiating.
Trinity Presbyterian Church will require face masks for both the visitation and funeral service.
A graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 14, 2020 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Reverend Andrew Dionne officiating.
