In Loving Memory of Brenda Childers “Mamaw” of Kings Mountain NC

Mrs. Brenda Childers, 70, of 110 Carol Lyn Drive went home to be with the Lord, her beloved husband David, her parents Flay & Eloise, & her son Mark. Brenda passed away on the morning of March 25, 2025 at Atrium Health Cleveland. Born on May 1st, 1954 in Shelby, NC. Brenda retired from Kings Mountain Auto Sales and in her free time she loved spending time with her family, or with her nose stuck in a good thriller book. Brenda was a sassy ray of sunshine- she was the boss of the family & made sure everyone knew it. She lit up the room with her smile & will be missed dearly.

Brenda is survived by her siblings- Dan Smith & wife Anita and Steve Smith. Her Children- Donna Ledbetter & fiancée Charles Bowen and Jamey Ledbetter & wife Lynn. Her niece, Stephanie Anthony & husband AJ. Her grandchildren- Ashley Cochrone & Husband Chris, Dustin Robinson, Brandon Ledbetter & wife Shea, Cameron Robinson, Taylor Ledbetter & husband Stephen, Jason Ledbetter & wife Nanci, Scotty Limbaugh & wife Molly, & Ryan Wallace. Her great grandchildren- Madison & Konnor Atkins and Owen Ledbetter. Her Great nephews- Avrin, Adin & Abrym Anthony.

The family will receive friends Saturday, March 29th at the home of Brenda from 12-2pm.
