Bobby Terrell Thompson, 74, husband of 54 years to Guynell Cantrell Thompson, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born June 2, 1948 in Chesnee, he was a son of the late Claude Thompson and Josephine Ezell Thompson. He was retired from Nu-Life Environmental, served our country in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of Arrowwood Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife is his son, Mark Thompson (Beverly) of Chesnee; daughter, Connie Hollifield (Kevin) of Chesnee; brothers, Edward Thompson of Chesnee, B.J. Thompson (Ellen) of Cheyenne, WY.; grandchildren, Lauren and Landon Thompson and Maci and Luke Hollifield.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Raymond Thompson.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 15, 2022 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Arrowwood Baptist Church with Rev. Daniel Godfrey and Rev. Bruce Jennings officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Dr. Chris Gray officiating.
