Bobby W. Hopper, 83, passed away Thursday, December 12, 2024 at his home.

Born October 6, 1941 in Campobello, he was a son of the late Detroit Hopper and Edna Kimbrell Hopper, was retired from Tindall Concrete and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are his daughters; Sherry Cabiness (Russell Murphy), Bobbie Vess, Angie Barker (Tony), Amy Owen (Kennith) all of Cowpens; Papa to six grandchildren, T.J. Cabiness, Ben Cabiness, Daniel Jackson, Kelsie Witzel, Isaac Owen, Emily Owen; Papa Bob to 10 great-grandchildren and a sister, Jean Hannon of Boiling Springs.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one son-in-law, one granddaughter, two brothers and 3 sisters.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2024 at Harris-Nadeau Mortuary. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Harris-Nadeau Mortuary with Kennith Owen, Isaac Owen and Daniel Jackson as speakers. Burial will follow in Springhill Memorial Gardens with Tony Barker speaking.
